Dear Dr. LaPalio, It was so wonderful to see you and Mary at our mother’s memorial. You brought great comfort to us and it brought your mother’s presence as well! It is impossible to express our deep appreciation for all you and your staff provided over the 3½ years mother was in hospice. She was loved and tenderly cared for by Sharmaine, Vickey, Jamie, and Carmen. Esi was also wonderful. They are fortunate to have you as their Medical Director.
