Please accept my gift in memory of my father. Your team on-site was wonderful helping my family make the decision to help my father with his journey. We were a tough audience, but she was so patient and understanding. In fact, the last few days prior to my father’s passing, Dad was as pleasant and funny as possible. He was so glad he could bypass those daily dialysis sessions. The brief period he was in hospice care really helped me through the next phase of estate work and his celebration of life planning by knowing we did the right thing – what he would have wanted. Thank you again for the important work that you do. May all hospice nurses go to heaven. With love and gratitude.

Dear Angels Grace staff, on behalf of my stepdad and my sister I would like to give you our deepest gratitude for the care you provided our mom over the last few weeks of her life. You came highly recommended by a friend, and you all certainly came through. It began with our first meeting with the intake person. She was kind and took plenty of time to listen to us and our needs and concerns and to explain what we could expect with the hospice process. She also allowed time to hear my stepdad tell some stories about my mom. The staff were exceedingly kind and attentive with my mom and with us. They kept us informed every step of the way and provided insight into my mom’s care and journey that was very helpful to us. It gave us a great deal of peace of mind to know our mom was peaceful and comfortable these last few weeks. The on-call nurse met me after my mom had passed was also very kind and helpful as we navigated the next steps. You all truly are “angels” and we are forever thankful for your care.

We want to commend AGH on what a wonderful, caring, kind, and over-the-top service provided for our mother. Hospice defined as comfort, dignity, and quality of life. AGH performed all of the above and really should add 'love' into the definition. Your care teams really and truly care for their patients, and the families couldn't ask for more than that! Thank you so much for all your time, talent, & thoughtfulness. We will miss all of you and know mom is in a better place now.

Angels Grace Hospice staff, there are really no words to properly thank everyone there for the WONDERFUL care my husband received. Without all of you I don't know how I would have survived. I think of that first day at the Cottages walking through those doors scared to death and there was Barb! She has supported me for almost 7 years. His nurses were fabulous, from Michele to Cathyan. Cathyan was not with us to the very end. She not only nursed him, but she also gave me care and support. The CNA's kept him clean and gave him respect. You should be very proud of your staff, they are the most caring people I have ever been associated with. I have enclosed a donation check in honor of him. Maybe someone else will need a dog to hold and give them comfort.
You are truly all angels, especially Marylin.
