Our goals are to: Educate the community on the benefits of hospice care and other related palliative care. Provide financial support for those who do not qualify for state, federal or insurance assistance. Provide financial assistance and services outside the realm of hospice care, but important to comfort and peace-of mind. Promote communication between hospice care providers, patients, and their families.
