We are an hour response time away, we attend all deaths, our 1-800 number is on-call (not an answering service). A team gets assigned to a patient, not one person, and that team consists of a Nurse, CNA, Chaplain, Social Worker, Pet Therapy, Reflexology, Bereavement Service, and Palliative Care.
This “family” of support makes sure that there is always someone available to help.
